Robert Vidler is the Founder and Managing Director of AusiPack, established in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to help address the critical shortage of packaging and dispensing products needed across Australia. Recognising the urgent demand for reliable supply solutions, Robert built AusiPack with a focus on providing innovative, dependable, and customer-focused packaging products to Australian businesses.
Fast forward to today, AusiPack has grown into a recognised leader within the Australian packaging industry, becoming the preferred supplier to some of Australia’s largest brands as well as global companies operating across multiple markets. Through a strong commitment to quality, service, innovation, and supply reliability, AusiPack has built long term partnerships with customers across a wide range of industries and continues to expand its presence both locally and internationally.
In 2025, Robert expanded AusiPack’s operations by investing in an overseas manufacturing facility where the company’s lotion pumps and trigger sprays are produced. Continuing this growth, in 2026 the facility implemented glass bottle manufacturing, further strengthening AusiPack’s capabilities and vertically integrated supply network.
Prior to founding AusiPack, Robert was a Director of M&D Plastics, where he gained extensive experience across manufacturing, operations, product development, and business management within the plastics and packaging industry.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Robert combines strong technical knowledge with hands on manufacturing expertise. He is passionate about delivering high quality packaging solutions while building partnerships built on trust, service, and innovation.
