AusiPack Packaging in no way warrants the suitability of the packaging quoted/sold with a Customer Product, and will not be held liable for failures due to lack of compatibility. It is the recommendation of AusiPack that Customers conduct any necessary or reasonable stability trials/testing prior to order commitment

 

By engaging in business with AusiPack, all persons and companies automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms cover key aspects, including:

• Pricing & Payments: All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms must be met as agreed, and overdue accounts may incur fees.

• Orders & Delivery: Orders are subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates only, and AusiPack is not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Storage Fees: Any orders that are delayed and require storage will incur a fee of $5 per pallet per week.

• Returns, Claims & Credit Notes: Any claims for faulty or incorrect products must be made within a specified timeframe (14 days from delivery acceptance). Credit notes will be issued at AusiPack’s discretion and must be used within the validity period stated.

• Liability: AusiPack’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
